Controlling switches with capacitive discharge

The circuit shown below can controlled a LGB switch with capacitive discharge.
The LGB coil is controlled by a reverse polarity and a pulse of short duration.

The circuit uses a relay that inverts the voltage applied to the LGB switch coil and 2 4700 uF chemical capacitors and two resistances of 1Kohms.
When the switch is open, the relay is not energized (contacts are in the rest position) and the capacitor C1 charges through resistor R1. When the switch is closed, the relay is energized (contacts are in working position) and the capacitor C1 discharges through the coil of the switch. Meanwhile, the capacitor C2 is charged through resistor R2.
The values used are:
R1, R2: 1 Ohms 1/4W
C1, C2: 4700 uF 40V
